    Decent.

On most days, the vegan options are okay. It feels like they’re trying a lot harder, and are very receptive to student feedback. The trouble for me mostly comes in that often, all of the really great vegan options are on the same day. So there will be two days where you have to eat fruit and salad bar stuff/pasta, and then the next day there will be these great foods at every station. I LOVE those days, but it might be more effective to try to have at least one really good option every day.

Additionally, I find that breakfast/brunch is seriously lacking for vegan options.
