There’s a whole vegetarian and vegan station in the dining hall.

THIS IS ABOUT THE DINING HALL ONLY! I went to the dining hall and they had really good fried spicy thai tofu being served, I was surprised! (I definitely went up again to get more). That with rice and sauteed green beans/zucchini/squash made for an excellent lunch. I noticed they always have a veggie burger patty. If you check online beforehand you can find the menu they’re serving that day or the day after and they have little stickers on the website for when food is vegetarian or vegan friendly, along with ingredient lists. The food is very good and fresh!

There is a smoothie place called JuiceBlenz, which has lots of vegan options, and at outtakes you can get vegan sushi rolls. However, in the cafeteria, salad with beans, tofu, and/or quinoa is often the only vegan option.

There are very limited options. I usually just brought food onto campus from home because it was usually a hassle to figure what was vegan and what wasn’t.

NO OPTIONS! Don’t go here if you’re vegan.
