I am an NEU parent. I have only had the opportunity to experience the Stetson West Dining Hall once. It was a Friday lunch — ‘Veggie Stir Fry Day’. I must say that the line for this ‘vegan station’ was quite long and by far the most popular. There were other non-vegan entree stations, but the students preferred the vegan option that day. The stir fry was freshly made to order with a wide variety of vegetable choices plus tofu. There was also a good selection of fresh fruit. I would suggest adding a daily vegan bean option (hummus, edamame, green beans, refried beans). I doubt there would be any complaints if NEU followed Meatless Mondays with this kind of offering. The above score does not reflect the actual situation. Yes, there is room for improvement, but the NEU dining halls are vegan inclusive.

We have vegan options at every dining hall 🙂 I would say there is always a good variety.

Northeastern does in fact offer an all-vegan station, enclosed in its own sub-facility attached to one of our dining halls (Stetson West). Additionally, every campus event I’ve attended has always distributed vegan-friendly food options.
