  Rollins has an amazing vegan station and it promotes vegan cuisine within its other stations as well. Some of my favorite dishes in this station are the falafel, quinoa patties, and curries. I am always impressed by the creativity of the meals and the expertise of the chefs. They are also so open to student/staff feedback, and they really want to make the best vegan food for Rollins.

  My favorite is the pad Thai with tofu. It’s the best… also because no animals were harmed or killed.

  I’m vegan and I always eat from Iris Galindo’s vegan station because her recipes are very very tasty. I love the quality of the ingredients, the variety of options she offers and the professional presentation. Also she’s a very nice and loving person who’s always there to talk.

  Rollins vegan options are great, i walk in everyday and there’s never been a meal where I saw something I didn’t want that fit with my diet needs. Everything is always delicious and Iris is so amazing and nice!

  Omg! The vegan food here is amazing! There’s a daily dedicated vegan station with different specials each day. In addition all the food stations and venues have multiple vegan options. Recently, they’ve expanded the vegan dessert offerings, today there were three different fresh baked vegan deserts!

  I’m not even Vegan and I eat from the Vegan section of the cafeteria because they have the best food available at Rollins. The staff is also incredibly kind, one of the staff, Iris, I say hello to everyday.
