I am a freshman at University of North Florida. I went to the cafeteria and was pleasantly surprised. They offer veggie burgers along with vegan burgers. At the pizza station they have veggie pizzas. They also have a whole section designated to vegan food. It is labeled “Vegan Corner”. There they will have tofu flavored and cooked in several different ways. They have a wide variety of options and they separate the meat from other foods so you can choose that as well. They have the list of foods available that day with symbols next to them showing if they are vegan, vegetarian or not.
